Invitation to Bid
McCormack Construction Co. (CM/GC) requests sub-bids for Milton-Freewater City Hall ADA Accessible Elevator, on behalf of The City of Milton-Freewater. This bid package includes all sections of work for this project.

Bid Documents are available for review at McCormack’s office and various plan centers throughout the region. Electronic documents are available by contacting Tyson Furstenberg with McCormack Construction Co. at 541-276-1353 or emailing [email protected].

All workers on this project must be paid at no less than the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon, effective January 1, 2019.

Notice is hereby given that McCormack intends to submit a bid to self-perform the work included in the Concrete Package, Rough Carpentry Package and Finish Carpentry Package. Bids for the Concrete Package, Rough Carpentry Package and Finish Carpentry Package must be delivered in a sealed envelope to McCormack Construction Co. 422 SW 6th Street, Pendleton OR, 97801, no later than 2:00 PM on April 23, 2019, at which time the bids will be opened and read out loud. Faxed bids for this work cannot be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Owner’s Representative and evaluated. Bids for all other work may be faxed or delivered to McCormack no later than 2:00 PM on April 23, 2019.

Faxed proposals will be accepted at 541-276-8411 and emailed bids will be accepted at [email protected].

Proposals shall be valid and binding upon the bidder for sixty (60) days.

All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Contractors Board at the time of submission of their bid.
