Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. has hired engineer Nicolas Speros to work in its Bend office. He has spent the past 15 years managing a variety of developments, including single-family, multifamily, commercial and industrial projects. He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in civil engineering from Santa Clara University.
