Tonkon Torp attorney Robert Koch聽has been selected to serve a three-year term as a Ninth Circuit聽lawyer representative聽for the District of Oregon.聽Lawyer representatives are chosen by federal judges in each of the Ninth Circuit鈥檚 15 districts. In this role, Koch will work closely with federal judges to improve the administration of justices.聽In addition, he will help plan the biennial District of Oregon Conference and represent the district at the annual Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference.
