CBRE hires Cain

CBRE has hired Austin Cain as vice president. He will be with the firm鈥檚 advisory and transaction team in Portland. Cain specializes in retail leasing for tenants and landlords, with expertise in preleasing projects. He previously spent seven years with New & Neville Real Estate Services. He began his real estate career in Real Estate Investment Group鈥檚 investment and commercial land sales group, and eventually transitioned to retail leasing.
