Emerick is the Design / Build contractor for the TVF&R Logistic Service Center and is seeking subcontractor bids for Bid Package #1. The overall project consists of the seismic upgrade and tenant improvement of an existing 40,000 SF concrete tilt building. Bid Package #1 includes structural demolition, seismic upgrades, interior concrete, structural steel, underground plumbing and interior excavation.
