The Portland Bureau of Transportation is building the Sullivan’s Crossing Bicycle and Pedestrian Bridge, which will span Interstate 84 along the NE 7th Avenue alignment, to link to existing and planned bike routes and reduce bicycle and pedestrian conflicts with traffic.
