Joseph Hughes Construction hires Quillen

CONSTRUCTION
Joseph Hughes Construction has hired George Quillen as a project manager. His responsibilities will include estimating, managing sub-consultants, and scheduling through project close-out. Quillen has over 28 years of construction and project management experience in commercial, industrial, retail and multifamily housing market sectors. He previously was employed by two Portland-area general contractors managing a variety of commercial projects.
