Jessie Rykels-Wilson has joined Parametrix鈥檚 Bend office as a senior engineer. As a member of the firm鈥檚 Bend community building practice, she works on local agency projects and private developments. Rykels-Wilson has 14 years of experience designing, managing and delivering transportation projects for public agencies throughout the Northwest. She previously worked for HDR in Bend as a senior transportation designer and project manager. Her project experience includes the city of Bend鈥檚 Neff Road and Purcell Boulevard intersection improvements, 14th Street reconstruction, and Galveston Avenue reconstruction.
