Each building features two (2) levels of post-tension concrete podium with five (5) levels of wood-framed construction above. 1440 SW Taylor will include (107) units while 1500 SW Taylor will be (105) units.

LMC Construction will be installing a tower crane at each project site.

*Project Construction Schedule: 1440 SW Taylor is currently scheduled to begin in September 2019. 1500 SW Taylor is scheduled to begin in December 2019.

Important Note: Each project should be viewed and priced as an individual project and separate bid proposals need to be submitted for each project. Each submitted proposal will be considered as a stand-alone and not be contingent on being awarded both projects.
