Work Scope Includes: Selective demolition of elevator lobby fire doors, ceiling, and finishes. New construction includes partitions & ceilings, D/F/H assemblies, glass & glazing, glass whiteboards, carpet tile, resilient flooring, rubber base, porcelain floor tile, wall tile, painting, wall covering, casework, wood base, wood veneer wall panels, acoustic wall panels, appliances, roller shades, toilet accessories, corner guards, and fully engineered MEP systems.

Please Note:
• Low voltage scope will be included in our bid to KB. All contractors must be Siemon certified.
• Security, cameras, and alarm devices will be by KB’s vendor, Securitas.
• KB has a national account with Mannington, please request KB pricing/rates when getting a quote on the carpet.
• Demountable partitions (office fronts) are Haworth and will be by KB’s vendor, River City Furniture.
