Building permits issued for July 15-21

• A $1,245,240 alteration permit was issued for exterior renovations to a former Con-way office building at 2151 N.W. Savier St. The applicant is Richard Dobrot of GBD Architects, the contractor is Fortis Construction, and the owner is Slabtown JV LLC of Dallas, Texas.

• A $650,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a first-time restaurant tenant at 1375 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. The applicant is Paulina Wilkowski of Connect Architecture, the contractor is Bonsai Design LLC, and the owner is UDG 14th & Hawthorne LLC.

• Four new construction permits with a combined value of $2,797,800 were issued for a series of apartment buildings at 2810 and 2819 N.W. Upshur Street, and 1861 and 1869 N.W. 28th Ave. Each permit, valued at $699,450, has been issued for new four-story, two-unit apartment buildings. The applicant is Gauri Vengurlekar of Fieldwork Design & Architecture, the contractor is ADC 1 LLC, and the owner is 28th & Thurman LLC of Santa Rosa, California.

• Two separate new construction permits are under inspection for a pair of three-story apartment buildings on adjacent properties in St. Johns. A $1,053,613 permit is for an 11-unit building at 8922 N. Kellogg St., and a $1,085,597 permit is for a 12-unit building at 8912 N. Kellogg St. The buildings will share a common courtyard. The applicant is Ryan Pickrel of Faster Permits, the contractor is Elliott Properties Inc., and the owner is Jessonny Holdings LLC.

• Two alteration permits with a combined value of $500,000 are under review for repair and maintenance to the exterior of The Landing condominiums at 5150 S.W. Landing Drive and 5250 S.W. Landing Square Drive. The applicant is Robert Roth of RDH Building Science, the contractor is Charter Construction, and the owner is Association of Unit Owners of The Landing Condos.

• A $624,464 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for a new tenant in an office building at 3140 N.E. Broadway. The applicant is Pamela Deegan of contractor Western Construction Services Inc., and the owner is Maul Foster & Alongi.

• A $919,615 alteration permit is under review for improvements to the shell of a single-story industrial building at 110 S.E. Main St., The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the owner is SE 2nd & Main LLC, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

• A $625,000 new construction permit is under review for a two-story, eight-unit apartment building at 4158 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. The applicant is Bradlee Hersey of Faster Permits, and the contractor and owner is Urban Housing Development LLC.

• An $845,000 alteration permit was issued for an office tenant improvement at the Fremont Place building at 1754 N.W. Naito Parkway. The applicant is Jake Money of Commercial Contractors Inc., and the owner is Fremont Place LP.

• A $1,093,428 alteration permit was issued for installation of electrical equipment in a parking garage of Legacy Emanuel Medical Center at 501 N. Graham St. The applicant is Tony Fennig of PKA Architects, the contractor is Andersen Construction Co., and the owner is Legacy Health System.

• A $1,600,000 alteration permit was issued for landlord work on all floors of a former Con-way building at 2151 N.W. Savier St. The applicant is Michelle Schulz of GBD Architects, the contractor is Fortis Construction, and the owner is Slabtown JV LLC of Dallas, Texas.

• A $2,000,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for PacificSource on the first and second floors of the Crown Plaza building at 1500 S.W.
