Description:
LMC Construction is soliciting bids for the construction of the Cedar Grove Apartments. It is a wood framed 4-story multifamily residential development consisting of (44)-units. Ground floor consists of a lobby, management offices, community room, bicycle storage, exterior site improvements, surface parking, and streetscape upgrades.

Bidders are responsible for reviewing ALL Bid Documents necessary to complete their proposal. The project is NOT subject to prevailing wages. Please bid with your private wages.
