Building permits issued for Aug. 12-18

  • A $15,481,045 new construction permit was issued for a four-story, 175-unit apartment building at 12370 S.E. Ash St. The applicant is Michael Bonn of Ankrom Moisan Architects, the contractor is WALSH Construction Co., and the owner is REACH CDC.
  • A $1,200,919 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 1524 N. Sumner St. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Portland Architecture, the contractor is Modern Northwest Inc., and the owner is Alpina Properties LLC.
  • A $19,329,950 new construction permit was issued for a seven-story, 138-unit mixed-use building on a former Firestone tire shop site at 15 N.W. Park Ave. The applicant is Stuart Spafford of Ankrom Moisan Architects, the contractor is Lennar Multifamily Builders LLC of Aliso Viejo, California, and the owner is LMC Burnside Holdings LLC of Seattle.

Building permit intakes for Aug. 12-18

  • A $1,745,605 addition permit is under review for a tenant improvement for an existing tenant, Scott | Edwards Architecture, at 2525 E. Burnside St. The project will include a three-story addition with a basement. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Joe Hughes Construction, and the owner is P7 LLC.
  • A $750,000 alteration permit is under review for the renovation of a Ron Tonkin Mazda dealership at 750 S.E. 122nd Ave. The applicant is Erin Upham of Axis Design Group, the contractor is Walen Construction, and the owner is Toma Properties LLC.
  • A $534,000 alteration permit and a $146,000 demolition permit are under review to restore the site of a demolished temporary MRI building at 4805 N.E. Glisan St. to a parking area. The applicant is Michael Frazier of ZGF Architects, the contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis, and the owner is Providence Health & Services – Oregon.
  • A $931,000 new construction permit is under review for a new three-story, 18-unit apartment building at 1248 N. A $653,106 new construction permit is also under review for a three-story, 11-unit apartment building at the site.

Facility permits issued for Aug. 12-18

  • A $2,600,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for CBRE on the 35th floor of the Wells Fargo Center at 1300 S.W. Fifth Ave. The applicant is Kevin Hughes, the contractor is Turner Construction Co., and the owner is SOF-XI WFP Owner LLC of Greenwich, Connecticut.   • A $918,861 new land division/subdivision permit is under inspection for site work for a 55-lot single family subdivision at 7636 S.E. Barbara Welch Road. The applicant is Dan Loss of Harper Houf Peterson Righellis, the contractor is D&T Excavation Inc., and the owner is Hawthorne Meadows LLC.

Facility permit intakes for Aug. 12-18

  • A $568,499 alteration permit is under review for a first-floor and rooftop tenant improvement at the Rome/Yellow building on the Adidas campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Anne Karel of Interior Architects, P.C., and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation. No contractor is listed.
