• Early assistance is sought for maintenance and repairs to the former Kenton School building at 7528 N. Fenwick Ave. A private school, De La Salle North Catholic High School, currently operates out of the building. Upon termination of the school鈥檚 lease in July 2021, Portland Public Schools proposes using the campus as a 鈥渟wing school鈥� to house a portion of students from Benson Polytechnic High School, which will be undergoing a major modernization. De La Salle North Catholic High School plans to move to an existing church facility in the Cully neighborhood. The applicant is Jen Sohm of Portland Public Schools.

• Early assistance is sought for two new three-story multifamily buildings containing 42 apartment units at 5519 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. Currently, the site is used as a surface parking lot. The applicant is Frank Stock of WDC Properties, and the owners are John and Paul Brandsen.

• A Type III comprehensive plan map and zoning map amendment review is sought to remove a prior condition of approval imposed in 1989 at 1710 N.E. Multnomah St., a Residence Inn by Marriott extended stay hotel. The amendment sought is to allow conversion of extended stay hotel units to residential use. The applicant is Allison Reynolds of Stoel Rives, and the owner is ARC Hospitality Portfolio Crestline of Fairfax, Virginia.
