Pence Construction is requesting bids for the construction of the TriMet Safety and Security Tenant Improvements for the TriMet Transit Central Police Station located at 1075 NE 2nd Avenue, Portland, OR 97232

All divisions as listed in the specifications are bidding

Prevailing wage rates pursuant to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870 apply to this project, please refer to the specs for additional information.

Sub-Contractor can find current BOLI wage rates dated 07/01/2019 by following:

Construction Start: October 2019
Final Completion: June 2020
