Building permits issued for Sept. 9-15

  • A $500,000 addition permit was issued for improvements to a condominium building at 2141 N.W. Davis St., including the expansion of existing enclosed balconies, reconfiguration of the lobby area and relocation of doors. The applicant is Anne Marie Kuban of Emerick Architects, the contractor is JR Johnson, and the owner is the Association of Unit Owners of 705 Davis Condominiums.
  • A $5,250,000 addition permit was issued for the full renovation of a quarter-block warehouse building at 808 S.E. Alder St. The project will include a full seismic upgrade and addition of a third story. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Fortis Construction, and the owner is Roberti Investment Co LLC.
  • A $900,576 alteration permit was issued for a revision to change opening locations, revise proposed occupancies and occupant loads on a retail building at 3582 S.E. Powell Blvd. The applicant is Erik Matthews of EM Architecture, the contractor is Western Construction Services Inc., and the owner s are Powell Blvd Property LLC and N&NRes VII LLC.
  • A $600,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for metal wall panels on the Modera Davis building under construction at 255 N.W. 10th Ave. The applicant is Riley Tobin of Mill Creek Residential Trust, the contractor is MCRT PNW Construction, and the owner is 10th & Davis Apartments LLC.
  • A $900,000 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 12-unit apartment building at 7448 N. St. Louis Ave. The applicant is Mark Lisac of owner Lisac Brothers Construction, and the owners are St Loouis Six LLC and Lisac Brothers Construction.
  • A $2,343,000 new construction permit was issued for a three-story, 16-unit apartment building at 2306 S.E. 158th Ave. The applicant is Saj Jivanjee of Partin & Hill Architecture, the owners are Jivanjee and David Lee, and the primary contractor is out to bid. A $2,012,869 new construction permit was also issued for a three-story, 16-unit apartment building at 2305 S.E. 159th Ave. The applicants and owners are the same.
  • A $13,951,729 new construction permit was issued for a self-storage facility at 3260 N.E. Columbia Blvd. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits and the owner is Steve Archer. No contractor is listed for the project.

Building permit intakes for Sept. 9-15

  • A $694,000 alteration permit submitted on deferred submittal is under review for a temporary tent structure to cover access stairs and a ramp at the end of Concourse C at Portland International Airport. The applicant is Chad Pulliam of contractor Hoffman Skanska LLC, and the owner is the Port of Portland.
  • A $1,407,361 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for a new tenant to create lab and office space in a warehouse building at 4468 N.W. Yeon Ave. The applicant is Philip Zwettler of MCA Architects, the owner is Summit Properties Inc., and the primary contractor is out to bid.
  • A $1,490,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 1535 N.E. 41st Ave. The applicant is Bob Schatz of Allusa Architecture, the owner is JP41 LLC Et Al, and the primary contractor is out to bid.
  • A $1,300,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, 19-unit apartment building at 4128 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Architecture, the owner is Geza Development LLC, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

Facility permits issued for Sept. 9-15

  • A $1,051,602 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for Gartner on the 10th floor of the KOIN Tower at 222 S.W.
