Emerick is the Design / Build contractor for the TVF&R Logistic Service Center and is seeking subcontractor bids for Bid Package #2. The overall project consists of the seismic upgrade and tenant improvement of an existing 40,000 SF concrete tilt building. Bid Package #2 includes structural demolition, interior tenant improvements and site improvements.

A non-mandatory pre-bid for interested subcontractors will be held on Tuesday, September 24th at 10:00 am at the project site located at 9991 SW Avery St, Tualatin, OR 97062.
