Fore Property has completed its third multifamily project in the聽Portland-metro area in 2019. Hearth Apartments, a 179-unit garden-style complex, is at 16516 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in Vancouver, Washington.

The housing mix includes two-bedroom townhomes as well as apartments with one, two or three bedrooms each. Open layouts include large, farmhouse-inspired kitchens. There are also stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and PTAC air conditioning and heating.

In addition to Hearth, Fore Property opened the Revere on North Mississippi Street in July after previously opening the Northpointe Apartments on North Skidmore Street.

Hearth is pet-friendly and also offers a comprehensive selection of amenities and conveniences, including a leash-free dog run, a 24/7 fitness center, a social lounge, a dining area, a game room and conference space, an outdoor lounge with fireside seating and barbecue stations, and a pool and spa.

Each Hearth unit also is outfitted with an Amazon Ring Wi-Fi-enabled doorbell.
