Budgets Due: 10/8/2019 at 2pm

The project is a new 6-story concrete podium and wood framing affordable housing which includes 80 units. It also features on & off site utilities and road improvements, an elevated courtyard, on grade play area, two community rooms, on grade covered and uncovered parking.

Estimated Construction Schedule: June 2020 鈥� September 2021

BOLI Prevailing wage rates are applied.

MWESB are encouraged to apply. MWESB Outreach Event: subcontractors are invited to attend to meet with the project team and to learn more about the project.

Time and venue: 11 am on Thursday 9/26/19, at Bremik鈥檚 office.
