Building permits issued for Sept. 16-22

• A $986,157 alteration permit was issued for the repair and stabilization of a hillside, including removal of 16 trees, at the Adidas campus, at 5055 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Matthew Lillard of Baysinger Partners Architecture, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• An $850,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement and change of occupancy at a retail property at 1715 N.E. 33rd Ave. The former convenience store is being converted to a bank. The applicant is Terry Kim of Ankrom Moisan Architects’ Seattle office, the contractor is T.J. Nisbet Construction, and the owner is 33Broadway Partners LLC.

• A $1,900,000 new construction permit was issued for a four-story mixed-use building with ground-floor retail space at 2291 N.W. Glisan St. The applicant is Dan Koch of Allied Works Architecture, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is BU LLC.

• A $1,266,728 new construction permit was issued for a four-story, 18-unit apartment building at 5311 N.E. Glisan St. The applicant is Gene Bolante of Studio 3 Architecture, the contractor is WDC Construction, and the owner is Billy Lymm.

• A $53,179,172 new construction permit was issued for a new office building at the Adidas Campus, at 5070 N. Greeley Ave. The north building will include five levels of below-grade parking and five levels of above-grade office space. The permit also includes all exterior East Village site improvements. The applicant is Dannon Canterbury of LEVER Architecture, the contractor is Turner Construction Co., and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

Facility permits issued for Sept. 16-22

• A $600,000 alteration permit is under inspection for a tenant improvement for the Oregon Department of Human Services at 6035 N.E. 78th Court. The applicant is Brianna Smeds of PKA Architects, the contractor is Perlo Construction, and the owner is 78th Court 3S LLC.

• Five alteration permits with a combined value of $2,899,913 were issued for work to return five levels of the Wells Fargo Center, at 1300 S.W. Fifth Ave., to shell for future tenant build-outs. Work will include demolition of walls, ceiling, flooring finishes, plumbing and electrical systems on Levels 5-8 and 20. The applicant is Jake Money of Ridgefield, Washington-based contractor Commercial Contractors Inc., and the owner is SOF-XI WFP Owner LLC of Greenwich, Connecticut.

• A $1,000,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement to the Louis Vuitton store at Pioneer Place, at 700 S.W. Fifth Ave. The work will include demolition of walls, new walls to create sales areas, back of house storage and team work area, changing room, and remodel of bathroom and break room. The applicant is Barry Winick of Santa Barbara, California-based Winick Architects, the contractor is Stockton, California-based Lennen Commercial Builders, and the owner is Chicago-based Pioneer Place LLC.

Facility permit intakes for Sept. 16-22

• A $1,844,000 alteration permit is under review for Mirador on the 10th and 11th floors at 331 S.W. Sixth Ave. The applicant is Taylor Pasic of GBD Architects, the contractor is Bremik Construction, and the owner is 309 SW 6th Ave Property LLC of El Segundo, California.

• A $3,100,000 alteration permit is under review for a lobby remodel for Bank of America on the first and second floors of the Bank of America Financial Center building at 121 S.W. Morrison St. The applicant is Chad Ethridge of SUM Design Studio + architecture, the owner is Terrace Tower USA – Portland Inc., and the primary contractor is out to bid.
