CONSTRUCTION

The Building Industry Association of Clark County has hired Andrea Smith as communications manager. She will oversee the organization鈥檚 marketing and communications, including the monthly newsletter, website, membership e-blasts and publications. She will prepare press releases and maintain outreach with local contacts, and also serve as the staff contact for education, workforce development and other efforts. Smith previously served as the marketing and government relations director for the Southwest Washington Contractors Association. She has a Master of Public Administration from Washington State University.
