Project Description:
The historic 60,000sf 1914 Oregon Supreme Court building is undergoing a modernization renovation. This will include a full base Isolation seismic retrofit, new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler building systems, as well as provide appropriate code compliance upgrades.

Bid Package #1 includes the following scope packages:

31.40 Earth Shoring and Dewatering
31.41 Micro Piles
