Johnell Bell, president and founder of Espousal Strategies, has been named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council 鈥� the nation鈥檚 oldest small-business advocacy organization. Bell, a public policy expert, will help promote small business to policymakers in Washington, D.C. He also serves as chief of staff for the Portland Diamond Project. Previously, Bell worked for U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley and TriMet.
