Ron Dowhaniuk has joined Urban Works Real Estate as senior vice president. He spent the past 17 years with SRS Real Estate Partners, gaining extensive experience negotiating leases with international, national, regional and local retailers. Dowhaniuk鈥檚 other experience includes assisting international retailers with a U.S. transition or expansion, as well as early retail template formation for domestic and digitally native brands such as Uniqlo and Indochino.
