Building permits issued for Oct. 7-13

• A $536,000 addition permit was issued on deferred submittal for interior partitions and ceilings on the Adidas campus at 5060 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Max Malany of contractor Turner Construction Co., and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

• A $5,421,816 alteration permit was issued for a first-time tenant improvement on the lower level and Level 1 of the parking garage under construction at 160 N.E. Multnomah St., part of the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center project. The space will be occupied by the Central Precinct of TriMet’s Transit Police Division, and the scope of work is to include new offices, holding cells, an accessible lobby, restrooms and assembly space. The applicant is Joseph Storr of FFA Architecture and Interiors, the contractor is 2KG Contractors Inc., and the owner is PDC DBA Prosper Portland.

• A $2,385,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a new tenant at The Hopper at 2225 N.W. 20th Ave. The applicant is Zachary Freund of LRS Architects, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is MW 2000 Wilson LLC.

• A $675,000 alteration permit was issued for the renovation of an existing adult care facility at 2220 S.E. 174th Ave. The applicant is Fred Gast, the contractor is Yorke & Curtis, and the owner is Rivera Properties LLC.

• A $55,230,000 new construction permit was issued for the 21-story ART Tower mixed-use building at 1510 S.W. Alder St. The applicant is James Smith of Ankrom Moisan Architects, the contractor is Andersen Construction, and the owner is Artists Repertory Theatre.

• A $1,700,000 new construction permit was issued for a two-story, 25-bed adult care home at 15525 S.E. Powell Blvd. The applicant is Emily Malloy of BAMA Architecture + Design, the contractor is Mel Construction LLC, and the owner is Yamane Development Holding Group 1 LLC.

• A $600,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for exterior metal stud framing on the 100 Columbia tower under construction at 140 S.W. Columbia St. The applicant is Justin Paull of contractor Andersen Construction, and the owner is Lot 53 LLC. A $300,000 new construction permit was also issued for post-tensioned cables for Level 7 of the building; the applicant is Jacob Tabor of Andersen Construction.

• A $990,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, 16-unit apartment building at 3012 S.E. Eighth Ave. The applicant is Steve Fosler of Fosler Portland Architecture, the owner is Aleksandr Koval, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

• A $1,410,422 new construction permit is under review for a value-added revision to modify a storage building at 15250 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant is Michael Terpner of Mackenzie, the contractor is Sierra Construction, and the owner is Prologis LP of Boston.

Facility permits issued for Oct. 7-13

• A $512,600 alteration permit was issued for a PET-CT remodel on the fourth floor of Oregon Health & Science University’s Peter Kohler Pavilion at 808 S.W. Campus Drive. The applicant is Michelle Donohue of Ankrom Moisan Architects, the contractor is Fortis Construction, and the owner is the Oregon State Board of Higher Education.

• A $500,000 multiple dwellings/single lot improvement permit is under inspection for site improvements at 461 N.E. Church St. The applicant is Richard Adams of Faster Permits, the contractor is Provision Remodeling LLC, and the owner is Provision Group LLC.
