Project Description: Fountain Place Apartments is a 5 story (plus basement), unreinforced masonry apartment building serving low-income residents. The proposed scope of work is to seismically upgrade the building, and provide a new rated egress stair, new elevator, community room, and office space for resident servies/property management. Approx. 45,336sf
