There will be a Non-Mandatory pre-proposal site walk at the existing Gardiner Middle School on October 23rd, 2019 at 3:00pm.

Gardiner Middle School is located at 180 Ethel Street Oregon City, Oregon 97045.

Prevailing wage rates pursuant to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870 apply to this project, please refer to the specs for additional information.

Subcontractor can find current BOLI wage rates dated 07/01/2019 by following:

Anticipated Construction Start: March 2020
Final Completion: December 2021
