Bidders shall comply with State of Oregon Bureau of Labor & Industries prevailing wage rates, please refer to the specs for additional information.

Subcontractor can find current BOLI wage rates dated 10/01/2019 by following:

Anticipated Construction Start: December 2019

Final Completion: March 2020

A non-mandatory pre-bid walk will be held at 11:00 AM Monday November 11, 2019 at the project site. Please submit questions by Tuesday, November 12, at 2 PM
