Sherwood Transformation Projects consist of renovations and improvements to the current Sherwood Middle School and Hopkins Elementary School. Sherwood Middle School will become a new Elementary School in the Elementary School Transformation (EST). Hopkins Elementary School will become the New District Office in the District Office Transformation (DOT).

The Following Scopes are bidding from this package:
Earthwork, Concrete, Framing & Drywall, Casework, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glazing, Flooring, Painting, Building Accessories, Fire Protection, Fencing, Landscape & Irrigation, Asphalt Paving

Pre-bid Meeting & Job walk to be hosted on Wednesday, November 13th, at 2PM at Sherwood Middle School, Portable #42.
