Building permits issued for Nov. 18-24

• A $791,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a bank at 5262 N. Lombard St. The applicant is Jared Steagall of contractor P&C Construction, and the owner is L Khan LLC.

• Three new construction permits with a combined value of $1,504,621 were issued for a three-building apartment project at 400 S.E. 105th Ave. The structures include a two-story, two-unit building, a three-story, six-unit building, and a three-story, five-unit building. The applicant is Daryl Retzlaff of contractor Evergreen Builders, and the owner is Joe Westerman.

• A $750,000 new construction permit was issued on deferred submittal for interior partitions and ceilings on a building at the Adidas campus at 5070 N. Greeley Ave. The applicant is Eric Mishler of contractor Turner Construction, and the owner is Adidas Village Corporation.

Building permit intakes for Nov. 18-24

• An $843,445 new construction permit is under review for a new three-story, three-unit apartment building at 1435 N.E. 62nd Ave. The applicant is Melissa Meiners of Koble Creative, the owner is Barley Pod LLC, and the primary contractor is out to bid.

• A $2,300,000 new construction permit submitted on deferred submittal is under review for metal panels and attachments to the structure on the 4th and Montgomery building under construction at 1810 S.W. Fifth Ave. The applicant is Taylor Doolen of contractor Andersen Construction, and the owner is Portland State University.

• A $7,734,126 new construction permit is under review for a new maintenance building and related site work for Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) at Mt. Tabor Park, 6325 S.E. Division St. A $300,000 new construction permit is also under review for a foundation for a new greenhouse, the structure of which will be sought on deferred submittal. The applicant is Robin Laughlin of PP&R, and the owner is the city of Portland. A contractor is not listed for the project.

• An $897,895 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for the Oregon Clinic at Providence Portland Medical Center, 4805 N.E. Glisan St. The applicant is Joe Webb of owner Providence Health Services-Oregon, and the contractor is Fortis Construction.

• A $4,900,000 alteration permit is under review for a seismic upgrade to the south wing of the Hauser Library at Reed College, 3203 S.E. Woodstock Blvd. The applicant is Mark Beckius of contractor Reimers & Jolivette, and the owner is The Reed Institute. A $650,000 mechanical alteration permit is also under review for the project; the primary contractor is out to bid.

• An $850,000 alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for Ubiquiti in suite 410 at The Crossing at First, 2525 S.W. First Ave. The applicant is Peter Kim of LRS Architects, the contractor is Johnson Project Solutions Inc., and the owner is SW 1st Avenue Company I LLC of Newport Beach, California.
