Building permits issued for Dec. 9-15

• A $926,509 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a creative office tenant at 733 S.W. Oak St. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits, the contractor is Todd Hess Building Co., and the owner is Balfour-Guthrie Investment Partners LLC.

• A $1,125,000 alteration permit was issued for a tenant improvement for a new distillery tenant at The Hopper at 2019 N.W. Wilson St. The applicant is Zachary Freund of LRS Architects, the contractor is R&H Construction, and the owner is MW 2000 Wilson LLC.

• A $700,000 alteration permit was issued for creation of two tenant spaces at a retail building at 7421 S.W. Barbur Blvd. One space will undergo an interior remodel, and the other will remain a shell space. • A $1,306,099 new construction permit is under review for a new three-story, 19-unit apartment building with ground-floor retail space at 1463 N.E.
