Rasmussen joins LMC

LMC has hired聽Scott Rasmussen聽as senior development manager to oversee its Portland market operations. Rasmussen was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the聽University of Oregon聽prior to earning a master鈥檚 degree in real estate from the聽University of Washington. Rasmussen most recently served as director of development at AvalonBay Communities.
