Guy Horchy has joined Parametrix as a senior transportation engineer. He has 16 years of experience, including freight and light rail design as well as highway and intersection design. He also specializes in the design of active transportation infrastructure for bicyclists and pedestrians. Horchy was previously with Murraysmith, and worked on the Oregon Department of Transportation鈥檚 Oregon Route 212 improvement project from the Union Pacific Railroad to U.S. Route 26. Prior to that, he was with HDR Inc. in Portland for nearly four years.
