A $21.25 million permit is under review for a renovation to suit De La Salle North Catholic High School at 5310 N.E. 42nd Ave. The project would include a seismic upgrade, mechanical and electrical and fire updates, and new finishes. A 21,000-square-foot addition would have a new gym and common area. A $1.85 million permit is under review for a mercantile alteration at 4030 N.E. Halsey St. The building was Hollywood Bowl before becoming an Orchard Supply Hardware store. Target is reportedly set to occupy the space.
