• Early assistance is sought for a 16-story senior housing project at 410 S.W. Harrison St., with 260 to 290 units and below-grade parking. The applicant is Carrie Strickland of Works Progress Architecture, and the owner is Eridanus Warenhandelsgesellschaft Inc. of Minneapolis.

• A proposal near Multnomah Athletic Club calls for a 13-story building with 330 residential units, 169 structured parking spaces and 230 underground spaces for use by the club. The applicant is Francis Dardis of Ankrom Moisan Architects, and the owner is Mac Block 7, a limited liability company.

• Early assistance is requested for two new three-story mixed-use buildings with 19 units each, and 11 three-story townhomes at 2855 S.W. Patton Road. The applicant is Meaghan Bullard of Jones Architecture, and the owners are listed as the city of Portland and Southwest Hills, a limited liability company based in Santa Ana, California. The project would require reconfiguring the existing lots.

• Prologis seeks early assistance for a 269,000-square-foot warehouse with associated loading docks and site improvements on the former Portland Meadows site. The development will support the larger Prologis Meadows redevelopment. Prologis’ Ken Sun of Fremont, California, is the applicant.

• A reroof and partial seismic upgrade with parapet and chimney bracing and roof diaphragm reinforcement is proposed for Arlington Club, at 811 S.W. Salmon St. The applicant is David Hyman of Deca Inc.

• A proposal would expand the Patton Home group living building with sufficient space to accommodate as many as 80 residents – up from 63. A new parking lot and property line adjustments are also proposed at the site at 6705 S.E. 14th Ave. Portland Memorial Inc. is listed as the applicant and owner.
