CONSTRUCTION

Joseph Hughes Construction has added Catherine Hughes as a payables clerk. As a key liaison between the firm鈥檚 project managers and subcontractors, she will be responsible for reviewing, processing and paying invoices submitted by subcontractors and vendors, developing reconciliation reports, and sending and receiving project lien waivers. Hughes has spent over a decade working with Portland-area social service agencies and operating a freelance bookkeeping service. She has a bachelor鈥檚 degree from Portland State University.
