• Early assistance is sought for construction of a new mixed-use, mixed-income, transit-oriented community 鈥渇eaturing art and culture and affordable living鈥� at 7 N.E. Oregon St. Currently, the site holds a 96-year-old garage building, and was once targeted for redevelopment including a hotel and an Elmer鈥檚 restaurant. The applicant is Chris Velasco of Minneapolis-based developer PLACE, and the owner is Kalberer Company.

• Type II design review is sought for a 340-square-foot addition to Guerrilla Development鈥檚 The Zipper building at 2701 N.E. Sandy Blvd. The addition will improve circulation by providing two additional egress doors into an existing indoor courtyard and provide more enclosed seating for customers. The applicant is Brett Schulz of Brett Schulz Architect, and the owner is The Zipper 27th & Sandy LLC.
