Miller Nash Graham & Dunn聽attorney Elisa Dozono was honored with the president鈥檚 Special Award of Appreciation at the Oregon State Bar (OSB) annual awards luncheon. This discretionary award is presented to individuals who have made significant contributions to the OSB, the bench or the community. Dozono, along with colleagues from Tonkon Torp and Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, successfully argued for the dismissal of lawsuits that challenged the OSB鈥檚 mandatory membership fees and activities. The decision is currently before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
