Miller Nash Graham & Dunn attorney Iv谩n Resendiz Gutierrez recently was elected to serve on the board of the Federal Bar Association鈥檚 Oregon chapter. He also is an active member of the FBA鈥檚 Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Gutierrez is a member of the firm鈥檚 appellate, education and employment practice teams. He advises and represents public and private employers, school districts and higher education institutions on a wide range of employment issues and litigation.
