The Mary Ann Apartments in downtown Beaverton, Oregon consists of 69,870 SF of new construction apartment housing. The building will be 4 stories (3-stories of wood framing over a 1-story concrete podium), Type 5-A construction, fully sprinklered. The Work will include construction of 54 apartment units, a ground floor parking garage, a ground floor fitness room, ground floor office spaces, a community room, Green roof and an outdoor courtyard space. The Work also includes all sitework, right-of-way improvements and all off-site utility work Construction to begin in March 2020.
