Broussard named tolling program manager of new ODOT office

The Oregon Department of Transportation has named Lucinda Broussard tolling program manager of its Office of Urban Mobility and Mega Project Delivery. She has more than 20 years of tolling experience and most recently led tolling programs in Georgia and Washington. Broussard鈥檚 technical knowledge and experience are essential as ODOT moves toward tolling and congestion pricing, according to agency director Kris Strickler. Broussard will step into her new role on Feb. 1.
