Brendan Finn has been named director of the Oregon Department of Transportation’s new Office of Urban Mobility and Mega Project Delivery, which will aid development and delivery of efforts such as the I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project. He most recently served as the transportation policy advisor for Gov. Kate Brown. Finn spent 19 years at the city of Portland, including a stint as chief of staff to Commissioner Dan Saltzman when he oversaw the Portland Bureau of Transportation. Finn will begin his new role on March 1.
