Della Mosier been named deputy director of ODOT鈥檚 Office of Urban Mobility and Mega Project Delivery. She has over 20 years of transportation experience in the private and public sectors, including the past 10 years in various roles for ODOT. She most recently held leadership roles in the agency鈥檚 Bend office. Mosier also has assisted multiple efforts in the Portland office in the past year.聽She has begun to take on work in her new role.
