Miller Nash Graham & Dunn聽attorney David Brandon was recently elected to serve a two-year term on the executive committee for the Oregon State Bar (OSB) Taxation Section. It provides a forum for sharing information about federal and state tax issues; helps promote professionalism, leadership and continuing legal education; and reviews and comments on new tax-related legislation and administrative rules. Brandon is a tax and business attorney who focuses his practice on the tax consequences of significant events and transactions undertaken by for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
