Viers elected shareholder at Lane Powell

Lane Powell has elected Matthew D. Viers a shareholder. He represents entrepreneurs, startups and investors in connection with corporate, venture capital financing as well as intellectual property licensing and other transactional matters. He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions. Viers has a law degree from the University of Washington School of Law and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in finance from Seattle Pacific University.
