Building permits issued for Jan. 20-26, 2020

  • A $38.69 million addition permit was issued for a new 490,597-square-foot warehouse and offices connecting to an existing building at 12333 N. Rivergate Blvd. The owner is the Port of Portland and the property is leased to Georgia-Pacific Consumer Product (Northwest) LLC of Atlanta. The contractor is Perlo Construction.
  • Six alteration permits totaling $3 million were issued for waterproof deck replacement and other work at 125, 161, 209 and 233, 235 and 283 N. Hayden Bay Drive. The applicant is Mike Montgomery of SIMPL Home Designs. The owner is the Association of Unit Owners of Columbia Point West Condos. Oakwood Remodeling of Clackamas is the contractor.
  • A $600,000 new construction permit was issued for phase one web joist work at 9800 S.E. Powell Blvd. for Metro. JE Dunn Construction is the applicant and contractor.

  • A $1.825 million alteration permit is under review for tenant improvements at 1135 S.E. Grand Ave. Work includes storefront replacements, new walls, kitchens and storage. The applicant is Corey Omey of EMA Architecture. The owner is Por LLC of Los Angeles. The contractor is to be bid.
  • A $650,000 alteration permit is under review for interior tenant improvements at 2650 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Work includes new partitions, walls and storage racking. The applicant is Mike Coyle of Faster Permits. The owner is Alameda Equities LLC of Portland. The contractor is Lakeview Construction of Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
  • A $534,000 new construction permit is under review for a three-story, six-unit apartment building at 3019 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. The applicant is Spencer Roedel of Mackenzie, the owner is Anchored LLC of Portland and the contractor is Landrise Development Ltd. of Lake Oswego.

Facility permits issued for Jan. 20-26, 2020

  • A $600,000 alteration permit was issued at 3101 S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road related to a third-floor tenant improvement for Shriners Pharmacy. Work includes new walls and remodeled offices. The applicant is Dena Null of CBRE, the owner is the state of Oregon and the contractor is Perlo Construction.
  • A $3 million alteration permit was issued at 1300 S.W. Fifth Ave. for work related to a market hall and coffee hub on the first and second floors. The applicant is West of West, of Portland, the owner is Sof-Xi WFP Owner LLC of Greenwich, Connecticut, and the contractor is Turner Construction. Also, a $505,000 permit was issued for exhaust fans, kitchen ducting and other work to be performed by Streimer Sheet Metal Works as contractor.

  • A $1.22 million alteration permit is under review for tenant improvements for Tillamook Cheese Factory at 7000 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant is Gilberto Villalobos of Portland. The owner is the Port of Portland. The contractor is R&H Construction.
  • A $500,000 alteration permit is under review for a mechanical shaft, plumbing and electrical work at 1125 N.W. Couch St. The applicant is Lindsey Newman of GBD Architects. The owner is SPF Brewery Blocks LLC of Portland. The contractor is Lease Crutcher Lewis.
  • A $1.06 million alteration permit is under review at 421 S.W. Oak St. for work including demolition of walls and creation of new walls to form conference rooms, flexible rooms, break rooms and phone rooms on the fourth floor. The applicant is Matt Fitzgerald of GBD Architects. The owner is G&I VII Lincoln Building LP of New York, and the primary contractor is to be bid.
  • A $600,000 alteration permit is under review for a Stumptown Coffee kiosk at 7000 N.E. Airport Way. The applicant is Edwards Construction Group, the owner is the Port of Portland and the contractor is Western Properties of Ridgefield, Washington.
  • A $3.5 million alteration permit is under review for a tenant improvement for Campbell Global on the Wells Fargo Center’s 32nd floor at 1300 S.W. Fifth Ave. The applicant is Eliza Balen of GBD Architects, the owner is SOF-XI WFP Owner LLC of Greenwich, Connecticut, and the contractor is Swinerton Builders.
