• An informational meeting has been requested for a multifamily building – with 56 to 78 units on four or five stories – at 11108 S.E. Powell Blvd. Only affordable units would be included. No commercial space is proposed. Work on Powell Boulevard would require coordination with the Oregon Department of Transportation. Brett Schultz Architect is the applicant. The owner is Brisa LLC.

• A pre-application conference is requested for a six-story mixed-use building at 1939 N.E. Sandy Blvd. The property currently has a single-story building that is used by Oregon Children’s Theatre. The proposed building would have 205 apartments, retail space and amenities in 205,100 square feet. Parking is also proposed. The applicant is Ryan Miyahira of Ankrom Moisan Architects. The owner is William Patten of Edmonds, Washington.

• A pre-application conference is requested for a mixed-use building with 100 residential units at 2324 S.E. Belmont St. The applicant is Alex Yale of YBA Architects. The owners are Katherine and Charles Burchfield of Portland.

• Early assistance is requested for a multifamily development with affordable units for Hacienda Community Development Corp. at 6723 N.E. Killingsworth St. The applicant is Jennifer Nye of Salazar Architect Inc. Hacienda is the owner.
