• An informational meeting has been requested for a proposed vehicle-service center at 1444 N.W. Johnson St. for Sunset Porsche of Beaverton. The dealership proposes service stalls, vehicle charging and space for car washes by hand. The existing building footprint will not change. Two new overhead doors are proposed. The applicant is Byron Balogh of LRS Architects and the owner is NW Johnson Property LLC of Gresham.

• An informational meeting is requested for new construction of a 6,425-square-foot, two-story apartment building with five dwelling units and a driveway at 5505 S.E. 136th Ave. An adjustment to the setback is needed. The applicant is Shem Harding of Deca Architecture Inc., and the owners are George Sudol and Andrew Bauman of Salt Lake City.

• An informational meeting is requested for a four-story apartment building with 44 to 46 affordable housing units at 3219 S.E. Milwaukie Ave. The applicant is Ralph Tahran of Tahran Architecture & Planning in Lake Oswego, and the owner is Maurice Unis of Portland.

• An informational meeting is requested for construction of a new metal building with approximately 35,000 square feet at 12005 N. Burgard Road. The applicant is Suzannah Stanley of Mackenzie and the owner is Schnitzer Steel Industries of Carlsbad, California.

• A zoning meeting is requested for a proposed three-story, 12-unit multifamily building at 5527 N. Greeley Ave. No parking would be provided. The applicant is Ed Bruin of Edge Development and the owner is Marc Zolton of Kingston, Washington.

• A pre-application conference is requested for a six-story apartment building with approximately 200 units at 2250 N.W. Flanders St. About 110 parking spaces are proposed with access from Flanders Street. The applicant is Kurt Schultz of SERA Design and Architecture and the owner is Flanders Professional Building LLC of Portland.

• A new fourplex to create a total of six dwelling units is proposed at 2047 N.E. Davis St. The applicant is Elson Nguyen of HM Group LLC in Portland and the owner is Jasmine Investments LLC of Portland.

• A zoning plan check is proposed for three new fourplexes with 13 total units at 2321 S.E. 89th Ave. The applicant is Elson Nguyen of HM Group LLC in Portland and the owners are Molly Gordon-Schnackey and Christopher Schnacky of Milwaukie.

• Type 3 design review is requested for eight five-story, 15,000-square-foot cross-laminated timber residential buildings. Each unit will have parking. The proposal for property on Northwest 29th Avenue is from owner Cairn Pacific Properties 10 LLC. The applicants are Jason Bolt of Jones Architecture and Judson Moore of Waechter Architecture.
