CONSTRUCTION

Mortenson Construction has named Mike Clifford director of operations of its Portland office. He has been with the firm for nearly 20 years and most recently served as market director in Portland. In his new role, Clifford will be responsible for oversight of construction and field operations, as well as general operating group activities. He also leads Mortenson鈥檚 staffing, training and career development efforts in Oregon. Clifford has bachelor鈥檚 degrees in both architectural studies and construction management from the University of Washington.
