A pre-application conference is sought for construction of an approximately 11-story hotel with a partial basement on a quarter-block Pearl District site at 525-539 N.W. 10th Ave. The lot currently holds a 99-year-old, single-story retail building. The hotel would hold 150-160 guest rooms and total about 90,000 square feet. A single loading bay is planned along Northwest Hoyt Street, and no off-street parking is proposed.
